The year 2011 was filled with so much blessings for the entire family. Although there were several challenging moments, still the good ones outweighs the bad ones.

As the year 2012 begins, I will set my goal and that is TO LOSE WEIGHT! For the past months, I have gained so much weight because of lack of physical activities. Now, I want my old weight back! I am going to work hard for it! Not for anyone else but for myself!

I have nothing against women who are on the plus size. This is just for health reasons. My hubby is willing to help me out! He will slowly terminate the culprit of my added pounds and that is the carbonated soda inside our fridge

I am not getting any younger, so I need to take care of my health. My youngest is only 5 years old, and I want to enjoy playing and running with him. I cannot do it if I will continue to gain weight. So for 2012, it will be healthy eating habits and more physical activities for me.
